Sam Gross.

It started with a disposable camera and a houseful of willing subjects. Long before the studio had a name, Sam was posing family in editorial setups — chasing frames that felt like more than snapshots. They saw the gift before he did, and pushed him toward it.

He bought his first real camera in 2015 and opened Sam Gross Studios in 2019. Since then, his beauty and portrait work has reached brands like Tom Ford Beauty and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, with social content for Black Opal and Olehenriksen — alongside a roster of repeat clients who keep coming back.
